A Licensed Nurse works closely with our caregivers to assure our clients receive the best care possible.      We want our elderly clients to remain in their own home. Our caregivers provide in home care for your loved one. 

Our caregivers come to your home to provide assisted living services including:

We offer Home care for your aging loved one.

Our Caregivers are skilled in Dementia care, Alzheimer's care and Cognitive imparement as well as tending to the daily needs of our elderly clients.  In home, elder care is what we are all about.

Our Caregivers give our seniors the home help assistance that they need to remain in their home.  We want to keep our clients safe and happy in their own home.

A licensed Nurse will come to your home for a No Charge Evaluation

Together we will decide the care for your loved one's needs.  A few hours a day to full time care.  We offer in home care for the clients recovering from surgery at home, aging parents, grand parents and family members.

A Licensed Nurse will follow the progress on your loved one and will update and implement the care plan when changes occur. The Nurse works closely with the caregivers to make sure your loved one is properly taken care of.

CAREGIVERS  -  We have wonderful caring Caregivers.  Our Caregivers are CNA's, Home health Aides and Companions.  Our Caregivers are licensed through the State of California.  The caregivers belong to the caregiver registry in California.  Our Caregivers are given 5 hours of annual training to advance their skills and techniques. They have had cleared background and criminal checks through the State of California and have been fingerprinted.  All have a current clear TB test

LICENSED NURSES - Our Licensed Nurse managers have active and current California licenses. Licensed Nurses also have a clean back ground clearance and have been fingerprinted.  All have a current clear TB test.

About Us

A Licensed Nurse works closely with the caregivers and your loved one

What we provide for our senior's:

Hygiene - Our caregivers tend to our elderly clients hygiene and grooming needs.

Dressing - Our caregivers assist with dressing our clients for the appropriate weather conditions.

Incontinence care - If your loved one becomes incontinant, our caregivers will assist with that.  Our caregivers treat our elderly clients with dignity and compassion.

Medication reminders - Our caregivers will remind our seniors to take their medications.

Driving - Our caregivers offer driving assistance to the grocry store, errands, Doctor appointments and visits with friends.  We encourage our seniors to maintain their friendships.

Meals - Our Caregivers will prepare meals, cook meals , cook meals in advance for later in the evening.  Sometimes we will encourage a balanced larger meal at lunch and will leave a snack or a prepared meal for dinner.

Housekeeping - Our Caregivers do light house keeping, keep the bathroom and kitchen clean, attend to the laundry, change the sheets on the bed, vacuum when needed.  Mop dirty floors and make sure walk ways are free of clutter.

Ambulation - Our caregivers make sure our senior ambulates if they are able. If our client has Physical Therapy exercises the caregivers will assist our senior with them.

Our caregivers make sure your loved one gets outside either by taking them for a drive, taking a walk, taking them to meet a friend for lunch or getting their hair or nails done at the salon.

Hospital - If your loved one is in the Hospital, our home care aide or companion caregiver can sit with them at the hospital so our senior won't feel alone or afraid.  Caregivers can bring our seniors home from the Hospital.  Our nurse will speak to the Hospital discharge planner to let them know how we are prepared to take care of your loved one at home.

Bed Ridden seniors - Our caregivers can assist with bed ridden clients.  We will keep your loved one comfortable, clean, dry and will reposition our client every two hours.  If the Doctor permits, the caregiver will do Range of Motion exercises on our elderly client.
